A series of small mixed media portraits, made on cards you can hold in your hand. You work at your own pace, layering papers, fabric and paint, and you never have to draw a face. I show you simple transfer methods instead.

Working small takes the pressure off. It's paper and paint, so if a card doesn't go the way you hoped, you start another one. That is usually where a style starts to show up.
